Optional Short Term Disability Benefits

Highlights:    Benefits become eligible after eight (8) or more days of disability

                    Disability cannot be a result of work-related injury or illness.

                    You have to have exhausted all paid sick days.

                    Pays 50% of your adjusted monthly salary for a maximum of 26 weeks or until
                    LTD benefits become payable.
