My responsibilities as Benefits Coordinator include representing and assisting members with all aspects of a workers compensation claim. Beginning with the first report of an injury to their Supervisor through the process of surgery, disability benefits, Therapy, and return to work. And fielding questions before, during and after the process has begun. |
The Family & Medical Leave Act is another service I provided information for, the act provides paid and unpaid leave (time off work) for up to 12 weeks for a qualifying medical condition for you or an immediate family member. I help in the process of paperwork to get the leave through the system smoothly, and as painlessly as possible. Assist the member in determining if the condition is eligible and aid in directing the member to the proper channels to get started. |
