TWU Local 565 Employee Assistance Program

The objective of the Union EAP program is to provide our members with comprehensive assistance in a wide variety of situations. We provide referrals for most situations our members may face. We work outside the Union office as well as off the Company premises to provide both anonymity and confidentiality for our members.

The workplace is greatly impacted by employees who are experiencing personal problems. These problems can affect any employee regardless of age, sex, prior history, or social status. Deteriorating job performance is a key indicator that a member needs help.

The EAP offers an alternative in confronting job performance problems. Employee Assistance Programs are designed to assist members with issues such as health, marital, family, alcohol, drug, emotional, and stress.
