TO: ALL TWU LOCAL 565 MEMBERS

RE: AMENDMENT OF LOCAL 565 BYLAWS

Sisters and Brothers:

    Proposed amendments to the Local 565 bylaws are now being accepted by Mike Hatfield, Recording/Financial Secretary-Treasurer, at the local 565 union hall located at 2509 Bedford Rd. in Bedford, TX 76021. These proposals will continue to be accepted until 4:00 pm (CST) January 31, 2010. The Bylaw Committee will meet in February 2010 to review all proposals, if any to ensure consistency with the provisions of the Constitution of the Transport Workers Union of America.

    Amendment proposal forms are available at the union hall during regular business hours, 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. CST Monday thru Friday or at the following link (bylaw proposal form). Outstation members may obtain these forms from their Station Chairman and must fax them to the union hall, (817) 835-0138, no later than 4:00 pm (CST)January 31, 2010
