           The bankruptcy filing by AMR corporation has created a great deal of confusion and potential misinformation on the floor.  While I am in negotiations, along with Mike Bush, I have asked the Executive Board members to visit all the work areas more often and to also maintain the area visit schedule linked on my portion of the officer page.  Local 565 has set up a process to accept all questions and I will work on getting answers back as quickly as possible.  If you have a question you want answered, contact a Shop Steward, Section Chairman, or Executive Board member and they will get it to me or Mike.

            I realize these are trying times and any information of substance being provided is limited, that is because we have not agreed to any changes. If or when the negotiating team has any details that are agreed upon or if we reach an impass, you will be immediately notified.
